Got Mortgages
About Got Mortgages
Got Mortgages is an AI-powered partnership platform and mortgage team, powered by Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), NMLS #75243. The team brings lending strategy together with referral partner education, practical technology and ongoing client relationships.
For this discussion, Abdel brings the mortgage perspective: earlier consultations, transparent payment comparisons, responsible use of AI and clearer coordination from the first conversation through the next handoff.
Vitale + is the event's co-host name for Vitale Inspections. The official business site identifies Vitale Inspection Services LLC and describes home and other inspection services in New Jersey and parts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
The inspection perspective adds a distinct part of the conversation: understanding a property, raising questions early and coordinating with the people involved in a transaction. Carlo's answers and examples will come from the live discussion, not from an invented company presentation.
Title Evolution's official site describes residential and commercial title and escrow services in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Title is a distinct part of the transaction team alongside the lender, inspector and Realtor.
Steven, also called Steve in the discussion questions, brings the title perspective to the panel. The conversation will explore earlier communication, transaction questions and practical collaboration; his views and deal examples are reserved for him to share at the event.
Sabrina guides the topic-driven discussion, invites each panelist's perspective and opens the floor for the audience Q&A. She is the moderator, not a panelist.

Got Mortgages perspective
Abdel's Field Notes
Practical talking points prepared from the Got Mortgages perspective for this discussion. These are not a verbatim event transcript, answers from the other panelists or promises about individual transactions. Use the takeaways to shape your own questions and next steps.
AI can accelerate the process. It cannot own the promise.
Modern Business Development
Takeaway: Move from broadcasting information to helping a client make a decision.
What has changed most in your business in five years?
Consumers expect fast, personalized clarity across a call, text, email or video, not another pile of information they can already find online. Our role is to connect that information to their situation, track next steps proactively and explain tradeoffs. For a Realtor, that means advising with context rather than simply broadcasting a listing or a rate.
How has AI or technology improved the way you serve clients, not only efficiency?
Borrower-specific comparison modeling can make payment, cash to close, seller credits, buydowns and break-even points easier to understand. We pair those comparisons with clear next steps, timely responses and a human who validates the inputs and explains what the numbers do and do not mean. AI does not decide approvals, and private borrower information belongs only in approved, secure workflows.
Where does technology help and where are human relationships irreplaceable?
Technology can assist with drafts, meeting notes, follow-ups and market education so a professional can spend more time listening. Humans remain accountable for underwriting judgment, regulated decisions, negotiation and empathy when circumstances change. AI is a copilot, not the closer: it can accelerate the process, but it cannot own the promise.
What Makes Your Company Different
Takeaway: A Dream Team is defined by ownership and transparency, not a collection of logos.
Abdel: What makes Got Mortgages different from every other lender an agent could recommend?
Our approach combines an active, in-the-trenches originator with a strategic lender-for-life relationship, supported by PRMG. Early consultations, deeper document review and pre-underwriting or preapproval preparation where appropriate help surface questions before an offer; they are not guarantees of approval. We explain payment and cash tradeoffs, explore eligible alternatives and realistic concessions or buydowns, and support referral partners with education and a clearer workflow.
What qualities define an ideal Dream Team?
Each person owns the next action, names a deadline and flags a concern early rather than assuming someone else has it covered. Lender, inspector, title professional and Realtor communicate before a problem becomes a surprise, with the client's permission and appropriate privacy safeguards. Urgency, candid problem solving and transparency beat blame; if it ain’t early, it’s late.
Working Together
Takeaway: Make the handoff explicit: who owns it, what is needed and when it is due.
How should lenders, inspectors, title professionals and Realtors communicate?
Start with agreed milestones, a named contact for each role and a shared understanding of the contract deadlines. Share the minimum necessary information through approved channels, and confirm who is responsible for the next step. An update should identify the issue, its potential impact and the action needed, not just say that the file is in progress.
What might a saved-deal example look like?
Consider a hypothetical buyer whose inspection raises a property concern before a financing deadline. The Realtor coordinates the discussion, the inspector clarifies the finding, title checks any relevant ownership issue and the lender assesses program and timing implications before anyone promises a solution. This is an illustrative workflow, not a claim about a transaction we saved; the available options depend on the actual file.
Where do deals fall apart most often?
Missing documents, overlooked contingencies, unexpected title or property issues, contract timing and unverified credit or income assumptions can compound when handoffs happen late. The deal rarely blows up in one moment; the warnings usually started earlier. Ask what remains unverified, put it on a dated action list and escalate before the deadline rather than waiting for reassurance.
What is the proactive Realtor's role?
The Realtor can connect the team early, confirm that financing and inspection timelines match the contract, and help the buyer understand what needs attention. Do not interpret an informal conversation as a completed review or assume a program fits before the lender verifies it. Bring me the situation. Let’s work through the options.
AI in Everyday Business
Takeaway: Start with one task, verified context and a human review step.
What is one actual AI tool you use?
ChatGPT and Ask Got Mortgages are part of our ecosystem for drafting and educational questions, with human review. Fireflies assists with meeting and action notes where recording is permitted; Mortgage Coach/TCA supports scenario comparisons, and Model Match supports market intelligence alongside automation and social distribution tools. These are tools, not promises of integration or accuracy: never upload private buyer information into unapproved public tools.
What is one technology skill every Realtor should learn?
Learn to turn a real client question into a clear, verified explanation in your own voice. Give a tool the approved facts, audience and desired format, then check each factual statement and remove unsupported promises before sharing. The skill is judgment and communication, not memorizing the longest prompt.
How much time can AI save?
Time saved depends on the task, the inputs and how much checking the output needs; there is no universal number to promise. Time a recurring task before and after, including review and correction, then compare the quality and whether the next action actually happened. Keep the workflow only if it improves a meaningful result, such as a clearer follow-up or a completed handoff.
What AI myth needs to go?
AI does not replace relationships, a perfect prompt is not a business strategy, and automation is not set-and-forget. More content does not automatically mean more clients either. Accurate data, a real audience need, human ownership and consistent action are what turn an output into something useful.
Where should a beginner start?
Pick one real, low-risk task, such as drafting a general explanation of the homebuying timeline without client details. Supply verified context and the output you want, check facts, rewrite it in your own voice and compare the total time and result with your previous approach. The best technology gives us more time to be human.
Marketing & Business Growth
Takeaway: Earn trust through useful visibility, then build a repeatable follow-up system.
Where does automation fit in business growth?
Use automation to support a repeatable next step, such as a permission-based class reminder or an educational follow-up, rather than flooding contacts with generic messages. Assign an owner to check accuracy, consent and delivery, and make it easy for someone to reach a person. Delegate outcomes with accountability; the workflow should support a relationship, not impersonate one.
How do you approach visibility?
Visibility trumps ability only when that visibility builds trust in something real. Useful market explanations, hyperlocal insights, recurring classes and partner collaborations let people see how you think and how you serve. Keep your website, social, video and email information clear and consistent; no one can guarantee an AI ranking or citation.
What content is effective?
A short, authentic explainer answering a question you actually hear is more valuable than a batch of generic AI posts. Explain a local market change, the difference between payment and purchase price, or a step in the transaction, using verified facts and appropriate disclosures. Give the audience a useful next action and measure conversations and follow-through, not just output volume.
Personal brand or technology: which matters more?
Your voice, judgment and consistency build the relationship; technology helps you deliver them more reliably. Keep showing up through useful education and collaboration, and build repeatable systems with clear ownership so the promise survives a busy week. Givers gain is a service principle, not a guarantee of referrals or revenue.
What would you do with a hypothetical $100 marketing budget?
I would consider a small, highly relevant local gathering or a simple educational video with a thoughtful, permission-based email follow-up. Pick one audience and one useful question, use the budget on making that interaction easier and personally follow through. This is an illustrative allocation, not a promise of paid lead volume or a guaranteed return.
Educational discussion only. Financing is subject to individual eligibility, program requirements and review. Keep private buyer information out of public AI tools and audience questions. No approval, accuracy, time savings, referrals or marketing results are guaranteed.
Bring a question about inspections, title, lending, AI, marketing or growth. Ask about the process or the decision, not a private client's documents. The goal is a useful conversation with the right professional, not a blanket answer for every situation.

Got Mortgages, powered by PRMG, brings practical education, transaction strategy and responsible technology together so you have a place to start and a team to work through the next step.
These are public materials from prior events, not a recap of The Strategy Vault. Start with the resource that matches your challenge; pair the education with professional review and your own implementation. No single library replaces experience or guarantees success.
Build a clearer business workflow around the B.U.I.L.D.E.R.S. framework. Use the blueprint alongside the event's implementation checklist, not as a promise of automated results.
Review the framework and its 30-day implementation roadmap. Pick one task, assign an owner and use the prior session's checklist to put the ideas into practice.
Nine pages covering title readiness, historical market context, seller credits, a 2/1 buydown example, alternative financing and responsible AI. Recheck current guidelines before applying a financing example.
Six practical rules for clearer tasks, reliable facts, human review and useful client communication. Turn one real question into work you can check and stand behind.
Practice the rules with a printable workbook. Define your task, supply approved context, inspect the answer and rewrite it in your own voice before using it.
Track reviewed work, outputs used, corrections and net time saved including review. Measure whether a workflow helps, rather than counting how much content AI produces.
Prior-event examples reflect their original context, not current rate quotes or automatic eligibility. Check current lending requirements, obtain the appropriate professional advice and keep private client information out of unapproved AI tools.
From a buyer's first question to your next content idea, these destinations connect education, tools and collaboration. Choose the job you need to do rather than collecting another folder of unused downloads.
